I had a mix of experiences during my stay at this hotel. On one hand, the beautiful beachfront location really made my vacation special, and the pool area was a fantastic place to unwind. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room upon arrival, as I found sand in the sheets, which shouldn't happen in a place of this caliber. While the staff was generally responsive, I expected more follow-up regarding my concerns.

I had a mixed experience at One Ocean Resort & Spa. While the massage at the spa was fantastic, the room left much to be desired, feeling dated and neglected. Customer service varied greatly; check-in was welcoming, but my experience afterward was frustrating due to maintenance issues and for being rushed out of the hotel. The dining was decent, but there is room for improvement in overall services.

My stay at One Ocean was nothing short of rejuvenating. The hotel boasts a beautiful beachfront location and offers a luxurious pool area that's perfect for relaxation. The staff was incredibly attentive, making my experience even more memorable. However, I did find the dining options to be a bit limited, especially regarding breakfast, and the early closing of the lobby bar was a slight inconvenience. Overall, I felt the value for the experience was excellent.
